Club Benchmarking

We offer our customers the possibility to initiate a Club Benchmarking process via our company. Club Benchmarking offers companies the possibility to compare their own compensation situation for specific jobs or job families in a limited pool of comparable companies – in a targeted and completely anonymous fashion (Benchmarking).

In this process, typically at least five to eight companies join forces to compare – in a completely anonymised fashion – the respective actual compensation numbers for various jobs.

In addition to the already-known focal points based on our online analysis-survey questionnaire, of course, in addition to compensation, other aspects such as the classification in terms of collective bargaining, the corresponding retirement-provision systems or specific statements on bonus regulation or company-vehicle regulation can also be included in the analysis.
