Abiding by the motto "Performance should pay off“, modern compensation concepts must acknowledge – via a variable share- an individual employee's performance. As a rule, this is plausible via three instruments: agreed targets, performance assessments and the assessment of the skills necessary to ensure performance.

We will assist you not only in devising a concept for the system, but also implement these successfully within your company. The implementation typically takes place in a workshop involving all affected executives/employees, according to the principle "learning by doing”.
