HR Benchmarking Online is Germany's leading platform for the Benchmarking of HR Processes.
HR Benchmarking Online provides – in view of the broad range of topics covered – a unique degree of differentiation – and with that, highly various content and analysis options which have been developed in co-operation with the experts from the participating companies and subjected to a "Proof of Concept“ conduced by pilot groups which each consisted of 10 - 15 participants. Three methodic elements provide the structure in this process for the organisation of each topic area in the Benchmarking content:
- A meaningful and precisely limited field of examination to warrant the comparability of the collected data
- Valid output quantities which can be collected with comparable effort and allow a reliable ranking of productivity, costs and quality of the fields designated for examination, along with
- Relevant influencing factors which affect the respective personnel process and are thereby responsible for "good“ or "poor“ output quantities and – gauged correctly – can explain "why the good ones are so good in the first place“. Furthermore, in some modules, an integrated Best Practices dialogue increases the benefit to participating companies.
HR Benchmarking Online is an established Benchmarking-Instrument; its participant spectrum ranges from the global corporation to the mid-sized company. Already 16 of the "EURO-STOXX-50" companies and 25 of the DAX 30 companies have – along with 100 other companies – gained experience in working with Benchmarking Online. The majority of the participants view Benchmarking as a continuous process and have been participating in HR Benchmarking Online for longer than two years.
