HR organisations in corporate groups make numerous efforts to increase efficiency and added value.

Since the aim of these measures is a group-wide excellent personnel management, the individual measures must be co-ordinated on the group level. Otherwise, potentials will be wasted, and measures lead to merely localised improvements instead of an overall improvement.

Management: At the same time, the corporate group must be able to monitor and manage the success of the de-centrally implemented measures over a longer period of time – by non-bureaucratic means.
