In addition, we offer our customers the option "Club Benchmarking". Club Benchmarking offers companies the possibility to compare the own compensation situation with specific jobs or job groups within a limited pool of companies – in a targeted and completely anonymised fashion (benchmarking).
In this process, typically at least five to eight companies join forces to compare – in a completely anonymised fashion – the respective actual compensation numbers for comparable jobs.
In addition to the already-known focal points based on our online analysis-survey questionnaire - in addition to compensation - other aspects such as the classification in terms of collective bargaining, the corresponding retirement-provision systems or specific statements on bonus regulation or company-vehicle regulation can certainly also be included in the analysis.
