On the other hand, a differentiated analysis of the remaining cost for the benchmarking participants in a (hypothetical) outsourcing case. These are calculated with full-cost methods developed in co-operation with the SAP AG; these methods also encompass remaining process cost, gateway costs, remaining IT cost, umbrage costs and estimation-conclusion costs.
