Junior Consultant (m/f) HR Consulting
Job Description
We will prepare you step by step for your responsibilities and your role in client projects. A mentor will be at your side – and nothing will be left to chance in the process. At the beginning of your career, you will attend to the benchmarking communities and, as a result, gain substantiated insights in the HR organisations of Germany’s top companies within a short time. You will quickly become part of the consulting teams working with the clients and gradually assume partial responsibility within projects. A plus: You will be thoroughly trained in the HR process model of Baumgartner & Partner. In addition to attending to clients, you will support the further development of process benchmarks in terms of content and excel in quality assurance and data analysis.
Requirements
We are looking for you if you possess a suitable university degree (final grade: good / upper second / B) and preferably relevant internships or professional experience in consulting or the industry (in-house consulting, HR project work, HR controlling). You are proficient in English, your conceptual and analytical abilities are pronounced and your CV shows that you prefer to actively shape your environment instead of simply adjusting to it.
