Job Description
As a Project Manager, you attend to your clients comprehensively and independently in all matters of modern HR management: You cultivate good contacts from the benchmarking communities and establish yourself and our company as a consulting partner for all upcoming issues. From process analysis to formulating business cases to the implementation of service center structures.
An important selling point: the benchmarking contacts to top companies in Germany, our knowledge of the best process solutions, and the valid key figures regarding the analysis for performance determination in our process database.
You quickly take on responsibility for the employees and subject areas you oversee. In the medium term, our incentive model provides you with the opportunity to effectively participate in the economic success of the business areas you are in charge of.
Requirements
We need an experienced Project Manager who possesses a university degree with good academic standing and approximately 5 years of experience in the consulting or industry environment. You already successfully carried out consulting projects in major companies, preferentially in the following subjects: process analysis and process design of administrative HR processes, conceptual design and implementation of service center structures, and talent and performance management. You are proficient in English and possess proven acquisition power and pronounced facilitation and presentation skills.
